Backend Troubleshooter for Amazon Seller Central

We are seeking an experienced Amazon Case Manager with a strong background in the supplements space to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for owning backend troubleshooting across Seller Central — submitting and managing cases, escalating issues, and ensuring ASINs remain live, optimized, and compliant.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of resolving complex cases, reinstating ASINs, and navigating Amazon's internal processes.

We require someone who is highly detail-oriented, has excellent written communication skills, and can follow through on tasks.

  • 2+ years of experience managing Seller Central backend issues — ideally within the supplement, wellness, or health category.
  • Demonstrated success resolving complex cases, reinstating ASINs, and navigating Amazon's internal processes.
  • Strong knowledge of supplement regulations, compliant claims language, and Amazon's restricted products policy.
  • Highly detail-oriented with excellent written communication and follow-through skills.
