Job Summary:
Top Access Infinity Inc. is seeking an experienced Assistant Brand Marketing Manager to join our brand marketing team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in brand marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead a team of at least 10 members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reports to the Brand Marketing Director and provides support to the department on daily deliverables, SOV, PR, and NPL.
- Develops and implements Point of Sale Marketing strategies, including offline advertising material purchase and documentation.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure effective resource integration and communication.
- Maintains internal memoranda and reports.
- Evaluates KPIs and identifies areas for improvement within the department.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in brand marketing.
- Experience in people management with a team of at least 10 members.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral.
- Ability to speak Mandarin.
