We are seeking an experienced Solution Engineer - Data Cloud to join our Product and Technology team. As a remote-first company, we value flexibility, collaboration, and innovation in delivering impactful data solutions.


Responsibilities
  1. Develop scalable data architectures based on customer specifications.
  2. Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve data integration issues and create delivery pipelines.
  3. Create automated queries, reports, and dashboards to demonstrate data value to clients.
  4. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage project timelines and ensure successful onboarding.
  5. Assist PM and TAM during client calls regarding data utilization.
  6. Participate in team communications via Scrum meetings and Slack channels.

Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience working directly with customers on data integration and analysis.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and expertise in SQL and Python programming languages.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple commitments, manage stakeholder expectations, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills
  • Experience in e-commerce platforms and familiarity with modern data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).
  • Knowledge of data lakes (S3/Glue) and reporting tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker).
