Chief Financial Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage the financial aspects of our business. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and process bills and invoices, including entry, filing, reconciliations, variance resolution, and discrepancy handling.
- Oversee purchase order processing and build relationships with vendors to ensure adherence to proper processes.
- Maintain accurate and complete financial and vendor records, as well as process expenses and reimbursements.
- Prepare monthly expenditures reports comparing actual versus budget and create weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting reports.
- Develop and implement departmental process improvements for reporting purposes.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in accounting or a related field.
- Ability to handle multiple projects/tasks and adjust/pivot quickly.
- Punctuality and self-motivation are essential.
- Proficiency in Excel, PPT, G-Docs, and G-Sheets is necessary.
- Fluent written and spoken English skills are required.
- Experience with popular online accounting software, with Xero being an advantage but not a required skill.
