Job Title: Lead Digital Analyst

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing Strategist to drive innovative social media campaigns, mentor a growing team, and shape high-impact marketing efforts across paid and organic channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive social media strategies tailored to client goals across major platforms.

  • Oversee campaign development, review media plans, and guide the team in setup, testing, and optimization.

  • Analyze performance data using tools like Google Data Studio to deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

  • Collaborate across functions to align messaging, creative, and media plans.

  • Stay informed on industry trends, platform updates, and audience behaviors and bring those insights into the work.

Leadership & Growth

  • Coach, mentor, and train team members to grow their technical and strategic capabilities.

  • Provide ongoing support through regular check-ins, feedback sessions, and professional development initiatives.

  • Create a collaborative, solutions-oriented environment where continuous improvement is the norm.

Pitch Support & Strategic Thinking

  • Interpret pitch briefs and turn them into compelling social media strategies.

  • Partner with creative and strategy teams to develop and present social concepts that meet client needs.

  • Guide the team through pitch prep and ensure confident, aligned delivery.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in social media marketing (both organic and paid), with leadership or mentorship experience.

  • Deep knowledge of major platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) and the ability to build high-performing strategies across them.

  • Strong data and analytical skills with the ability to extract actionable insights.

  • Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills for internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
