Job Title:

Business Growth Strategist

About the Role:
  • This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday in a dynamic company.
Key Responsibilities:
  • We are seeking an experienced professional to manage high-value digital assets and online businesses.
  • The ideal candidate will guide sellers through deal preparation, including reviewing and preparing profit and loss statements.
  • Consult with interested buyers, drive negotiations, and close deals.
  • The selected candidate will act as the singular point of contact for deal management, delivering an exceptional experience.
  • Prioritize active buyer interest (80%) while also supporting sellers (20%).
  • Tackle ad hoc projects that support strategic goals, internal initiatives, and continuous improvement.
Competencies and Qualifications:
  • The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience as an M&A Analyst, Investment Analyst, Self-Service Broker or similar roles.
  • Experience working with Australia or US-based companies is preferred.
  • A finance or accounting background (CA/CPA a plus) is required.
  • Business brokerage, investment banking, or consulting experience with a revenue focus is essential.
  • Previous sales experience in finance or technology (SaaS) industries is crucial.
  • A strong sales mindset—proven success in hitting quotas or revenue targets—is necessary.
  • Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal—are required.
  • Strong analytical thinking and commercial instincts are key.
  • Tech comfort: proficient in HubSpot, Gmail, and Zoom.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and a natural relationship builder.
  • Resilient and adaptable—you're excited by the pace and ambiguity of a fast-paced startup.
