**Job Overview:**
WHR Global Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Senior Medical Territory Sales Director to lead our medical sales team. This role will be responsible for driving sales revenue, developing strategic sales plans, and managing the territory budget.
**Job Responsibilities:
- Leads and manages the entire medical sales territory, ensuring maximum sales revenue and growth.
- Develops and implements strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
- Manages the territory budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Researches and develops sales opportunities, generating new leads and partnerships.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive sales initiatives and improve performance.
- Negotiates and closes contract agreements with clients and partners.
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
**Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong sales and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Ability to analyze market trends and make informed decisions.
**Salary:** $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
