We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Account Development Specialist, responsible for driving sales growth and fostering strong relationships with current and prospective customers in the Central Luzon area. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proactive, and have a keen ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Job Description:
- Sales Growth and Customer Relationships: Establish and maintain professional relationships with existing and potential customers to generate new business opportunities, ensuring healthy sales growth through strategic use of available systems and tools.
- Product Presentations and Reporting: Conduct product presentations to customers and prepare weekly and monthly sales reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Proposal Development and Client Mapping: Develop clear and effective written proposals and quotations for customers, as well as conduct regular client visits and territory mapping to stay up-to-date on market trends and customer needs.
- Account Management and Credit Reconciliation: Manage account credit, reconcile orders, and ensure timely payment from clients.
- Territory Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement territory action plans based on comprehensive data analysis, adjusting sales techniques as needed to optimize results.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Chemistry, Engineering, Architecture, or its equivalent.
- Background: Background in the construction or paint industry is preferred.
- Skills: Proficient in data analysis and reportorial requirements, computer literate, and possessing good negotiation, presentation, and leadership skills.
Salary Estimate: PHP 40,000 - 60,000 per month, depending on experience.
