Drive Business Growth as a Finance Systems Automation Engineer

We're seeking a seasoned professional to join our Enterprise Applications team. As a Finance Systems Automation Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in streamlining our financial processes and systems.

This is a techno-functional position that requires a unique blend of technical expertise and business acumen. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze system issues, triage bugs, and deliver robust solutions. Your deep understanding of financial systems and processes will enable you to identify opportunities for automation and propose solutions that drive efficiency and scalability.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with integration and automation teams to automate key financial processes and workflows.

  • Work with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and propose solutions that increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.

  • Analyze system processes to understand, document, and propose optimizations.

  • Design and implement automated data flows between systems using integration APIs.

  • Research and analyze market-leading AI solutions to identify opportunities for the organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information & Computer Science or related field.

  • 7+ years of experience implementing, configuring, customizing, developing, and integrating one or more Enterprise applications or SaaS software.

  • Deep understanding of ERP System Administration, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Invoicing, Revenue Recognition, Taxation, Customer Billing, and other relevant areas.

  • Proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, and data mapping concepts.

  • Experience with NetSuite scripting and development, including building web services integrations (REST/SOAP).

  • Proven ability to research and analyze new technologies, including AI solutions.

  • Knowledge of automation tools such as UiPath or RPA platforms is a plus.
