Marketing Coordinator Role Overview

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Marketing Coordinator, working closely with cross-functional teams and clients to deliver exceptional marketing services.

The ideal candidate will have near-native English proficiency, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience at digital marketing agencies supporting SEO and PPC operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with clients through regular communications, providing updates, gathering feedback, and ensuring timely delivery of projects.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure deadlines are met; communicate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners for alignment.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and analyze campaign performance across SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads; conduct root cause analysis and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Serve as a central point of contact for the marketing team; prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items.
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience at digital marketing agencies supporting SEO and PPC operations
  • Strong working knowledge of digital advertising and SEO fundamentals (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, SEO best practices)
  • Proven experience in agency client relationship management and understanding of agency workflow dynamics
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Ability to coordinate across teams and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented with proactive problem-solving and process improvement mindset
