Job Title: Senior Operations Associate

The Senior Crew plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant by assisting the Restaurant Management Team in maintaining stock levels and adhering to food safety and inventory standards. They are responsible for accomplishing station checklists, preparing required stocks and supplies, and checking quality and accuracy of received goods.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accomplish station checklist for shelf life and product traceability
  • Prepare required stocks and supplies based on endorsements and scheduled restaurant activities
  • Check quality and accuracy of received goods and report to the Manager on Duty if not meeting standards
  • Communicate suggestions to improve stock management and inventory process
  • Coodinate with other stores relating to borrowing stocks
  • Ensure restaurant stocks are organized and in good condition
  • Facilitate storage of delivered goods in designated areas and label boxes with delivery dates
  • Implement Food Safety, Cleanliness and Conditions (FSC) standards in stock management
  • Maintain cleanliness of the stockroom and cold storages
  • Observe proper storage and stacking guidelines and practice compliance to FIFO/FEFO and Receiving, Handling and Storage (RHS) standards
  • Organize food items away from cleaning supplies and chemicals
  • Prepare items for pull-out by checking packaging and labels
  • Monitor availability and holding time of products and record wastages
  • Regulate production flow through coordination with the Team Leader
  • Conduct ending inventory of stations and identify stocks for replenishment
  • Count and record ending inventory of items for daily inventory control
  • Issue stocks to different stations
  • Prepare stock/inventory reports as needed
  • Assist in bank pick-up
  • Endorse Drawer Change Fund (DCF) to the TL and ensure loose change is available
  • Manage master change fund, drawer change fund, and petty cash fund for the shift
  • Receive and release cash from/to TL in relation to Cashier break
  • Receive sales pack from TL during sales cut-off
  • Sort change fund

Requirements:

  • At least high school graduate
  • At least 2 years experience as Senior Crew or 3 years experience as service/production crew
  • Certified in at least two (2) stations

Working Conditions:

  • Position assists in fund custodianship, stocks management, inventory, and production control during the shift
