We are seeking a seasoned Data Visualization Expert to join our organization. This candidate must be strong in data-driven storytelling, providing excellent service and quality solutions.

You must have exceptional English, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and be detail-oriented. You should also be self-motivated, enjoy delivering results, and always seek to improve our processes within a great environment as a dynamic team player.

Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and support interactive dashboards using various data sources.
  • Recommend dashboard designs based on data visualization features and requirements.
  • Deliver reports to the business team in a timely manner.
  • Proactively communicate and collaborate with the existing Account Manager and other Data Visualization Experts to complete projects.
  • Support the resolution of reporting issues escalated by the Business Stakeholders.
  • Possess 2+ years of professional experience in building dashboards and scorecards using Tableau.
  • Have hands-on experience with scripting and data source integration.
Preferred (but not required) experience:
  • Ability to write SQL queries and stored procedures.
  • Experience in end-to-end BI project implementation, especially in scorecards, KPIs, reports, and dashboards.
  • Background in software or web application development using tools such as JavaScript, Java, or Python.
  • Knowledge of formal database architecture and design.
Requirements:
  • A stable internet connection with at least 50 Mbps.
  • A computer with at least 16GB RAM and an Intel i5 core processor or equivalent.
  • Noise-canceling headset.
  • Backup internet connection and power outage backup.
  • Dual monitor setup.
