Role Summary

We are seeking a strategic storyteller who can turn insights into content that drives business results.

This role involves shaping editorial strategy, producing and repurposing content across multiple channels, and collaborating with leadership, sales, and subject-matter experts to create engaging stories.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the B2B buyer's journey, lead nurturing, and pipeline-focused marketing tactics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, produce, and optimize content across formats (articles, reports, case studies, thought leadership, social media posts, video scripts, etc.)
  • Align content with business goals—pipeline generation, brand awareness, and client trust
  • Turn one big idea into a dozen pieces of content across channels, all with specific purposes
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to capture stories, proof points, and differentiators
  • Measure & optimize performance (traffic, engagement, leads, pipeline influence) and refine what works
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends to fuel timely, relevant commentary
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience)
  • 4-6 years of experience primarily in B2B content marketing
  • Proven track record of building content programs that drive measurable results
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Comfortability interviewing executives, clients, and SMEs to distill complex ideas into engaging stories
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics 4 and basic understanding of marketing automation tools
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in conversion rate optimization and A/B testing for lead generation
  • Design skills or comfort with creative tools for campaign creative direction
