Job Summary

This role is responsible for supporting the Performance Marketing team in managing and optimizing paid campaigns across various platforms.

Main Responsibilities
  • Campaign Setup and Monitoring: Assist in setting up and monitoring paid campaigns to ensure optimal performance.
  • Creative Asset Management: Manage creative assets, ad copy, and track changes to maintain brand consistency.
  • Daily Budgeting and Tracking: Monitor daily budgets, pacing, and performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare weekly and monthly campaign performance reports to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Tracker Maintenance: Maintain accurate trackers and campaign documentation for seamless collaboration.
  • Research and Development: Conduct research on keywords, audiences, and competitors to stay ahead of market trends.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices.
  • Creative Testing: Support testing strategies for creatives, audiences, and bidding to improve campaign efficiency.
Key Qualifications
  • Digital Marketing Fundamentals: Basic knowledge of digital marketing principles and pay-per-click advertising.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in working with data, spreadsheets, and digital marketing tools.
  • Platform Expertise: Familiarity with platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks efficiently.
