Lead Data Engineering Team

A well-established company in the health-tech industry seeks a seasoned data engineer to lead its global team.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and ETL processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop data architecture to support analytics and reporting.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Optimize data storage and retrieval for analytics and reporting.
  • Lead the maintenance of existing data systems to ensure scalability and reliability.
  • Mentor junior colleagues while providing opportunities for technical growth and development.
  • Cross-team collaboration with various teams across the business.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in leading data engineering teams or equivalent roles.
  • Strong knowledge of data modeling tools & design.
  • Proficiency in ETL tools such as AWS Glue and Azure Data Factory.
  • Experience with cloud platforms and big data technologies.
  • Ability to build data solutions at the enterprise scale.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
