Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
  2. Manage customer interactions, including move-ins, move-outs, and payment processing.
  3. Communicate clearly and persuasively about our storage solutions.
  4. Use active listening skills to address customer concerns and overcome obstacles.
  5. Maintain accurate customer records in CRM and document all interactions.
  6. Foster long-term customer relationships and support the growth of our business.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in a call center, with a strong focus on inbound calls.
  • Proven ability to handle high call volumes and deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • High attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Critical thinking skills with a problem-solving mindset, able to resolve issues efficiently.
