Prestige Brands Phils., Inc. is seeking an experienced Bookkeeping Specialist to manage advanced accounting tasks, including financial analysis and general ledger maintenance.

Key Accountabilities
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including purchase orders, payable vouchers, and check vouchers.
  • Oversee the reconciliation of supporting documents and ensure voucher support.
  • Manage and maintain accurate general ledger accounts and department brand records on the NAV system.
  • Email vouchers to the Singapore Head Office according to schedule.
  • Swiftly scan and email essential documents to the Singapore Head Office.
  • Create and distribute monthly VAT schedules.
  • Track vehicle insurance and registration expiration dates.
  • Regularly process reimbursements and deposits for liquidations.
  • Coordinate petty cash activities.
  • Approve supplier payments upon receipt of requisitioner authorization.
  • Authorize payroll checks for field sales staff (FBC/CM) following supervisor approval.
  • Maintain organized vendor/supplier document files.
  • Participate in year-end warehouse physical counts.
  • Conduct periodic PCF counts.
