Software Engineering Manager Position

We are seeking a seasoned software engineering manager to lead our sustaining engineering team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of high-quality software solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and leadership experience. You will be expected to manage and motivate a team of engineers, provide technical guidance and support, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success.

  • Job Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Professional software delivery experience using C, C++, Go, Python, or similar
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and manage a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with version control systems such as git
  • Experience with debugging tools such as gdb, crash, or other
  • Demonstrated commitment to testing methodologies and maintainable code quality
  • Fluency in English language, both verbal and written
