At Infinite Commerce, we are expanding our team to include a talented Marketplace Operations Specialist.

The primary focus of this role is to manage product listings on Target+, ensuring they remain healthy and up-to-date during their initial launch phase.

This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have experience working in e-commerce, specifically with marketplaces like Amazon and Target+

Responsibilities:
  • Content Management: Monitor and manage listings to prevent health issues from arising. Work closely with the Target team to troubleshoot any listing problems that do occur, and relist products efficiently.
  • Catalog Management: Oversee the management of product catalogs, including updating product attributes, categories, and creating variations.
  • Listing Troubleshooting: Collaborate with internal teams to optimize listings and pricing, handle suppressed listings and content errors, and ensure compliance with Amazon's policies and guidelines.

  • Strong understanding of e-commerce principles and marketplaces.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with Monday.com and other project management tools.
