Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Professional to join our team in McKinley, Taguig City. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for handling hiring for banking, finance, wealth, and asset management profiles.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have at least 5-8 years of work experience in end-to-end recruitment of BPO or agent-level hiring. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions that meet their expectations.

You will also have the opportunity to work in a multinational organization with a global operating model, which will provide you with valuable exposure to different cultures and business practices.

  1. Strong analytical skills and decision-making skills are essential for this role, as you will need to analyze market trends and make informed decisions to attract top talent.
  2. Strong verbal and written communication skills are also crucial, as you will be working closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and delivery.
Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Recruitment and selection of candidates for banking, finance, wealth, and asset management profiles.
  • Development and implementation of recruitment strategies to meet client needs.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting progress to management.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • University graduate with considerable proven industrial experience and track record.
  • At least 5-8 years of work experience in end-to-end recruitment of BPO or agent-level hiring.
  • Experience in handling hiring for banking, finance, wealth, and asset management profiles is required.
  • Preferably has experience in working in a multinational organization with a global operating model.
  • Strong analytical skills and decision-making skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly resourceful, resilient, engaging, and eager to provide value to stakeholders.
