Job description

  1. Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, candidate screening, interview scheduling, background checks, salary negotiations, and onboarding.
  2. Assist the HR manager in leading, supervising, and mentoring a team of recruiters, providing guidance and training to ensure the team is meeting recruitment targets and delivering high-quality candidates.
  3. Understand departmental business needs and design tailored recruitment strategies.
  4. Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates, proactively sourcing and attracting top talent from the industry.
  5. Lead or assist in conducting interviews for various positions, including initial, second-round, and final interviews.
  6. Collaborate closely with department managers to understand job requirements and create recruitment plans.
  7. Open to constructive feedback and recruitment negotiation based on company provisions approved by the management.
  8. Analyze recruitment data to identify trends, successes, and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to senior management.

Qualification

  • Any 4-year course; advantage for graduates in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or any business-related course.
  • At least 4 years of work experience in talent acquisition, onboarding, recruitment end-to-end processes, or any human resource-related functions.
  • Experience working in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) / Local Manpower Agencies, specifically handling sales, promotions, store merchandising, Executive Search Companies, or similar Talent Acquisition Industries.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate and actively contribute in a strong team environment, able to work independently.
