Seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Financial Due Diligence Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory environments in which the target company operates.
  • Analyze key contract terms with customers, debtors, suppliers, shareholders, and related parties.
  • Examine historical financial data to understand the underlying business drivers of the target company.
  • Extract valuable insights from current market trends using a range of tools and techniques.
  • Prepare reports on key business and financial observations/findings and corresponding recommendations to mitigate or eliminate risks.
  • Develop relevant documents such as presentation materials, due diligence lists, and project briefs.
  • Conduct thorough research on target clients, investment opportunities, and key industries.
  • Delegate tasks effectively to others, providing stretch opportunities and coaching to help deliver results.
Requirements:
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is required.
  • 4-5 years of work experience in Financial Due Diligence is necessary.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills are vital.
  • Attention to detail is crucial.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is expected.
