We are seeking an experienced Senior Treasury Operations Manager to join our team at Solid Lyndelle Manpower Services Inc.
This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our treasury functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of financial transactions, and maintaining strong relationships with our creditor banks.
Key Responsibilities:- Treasury Operations: Coordinate with creditor banks to request Statements of Account, Official Receipts, and reconcile outstanding CTS financing balances on a monthly basis.
- Criteria Maintenance: Set parameters in the Funds Management Portal (FMP) on a weekly basis during availment period for account qualification.
- Review and Approval: Review revalidated accounts for CTS financing and forward them to authorized signatories for final approval.
- Verification and Compliance: Confirm the accuracy of computations for principal/interest due, interest accrual, and interest rebate on prepayment.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
- Experience: At least four years of solid managerial experience in Finance or Treasury.
- Skillset: Team player, good persuasion skills, organized, goal-oriented, analytical, numerical skills, resourceful, proficient in oral and written communication, problem-solving, decision-making, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
The estimated salary range for this position is PHP 85,000 - PHP 115,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience. This figure includes a base salary and benefits package.
