We are seeking a highly experienced HR professional to join our team as Head of HR and Compliance in the Philippines. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HR management and corporate law in the Philippines.

This role is responsible for advising Corporate Leadership on legal rules and regulations regarding Philippine staff, managing Philippine HR and legal staff, and conducting new hire orientations and final interviews for Philippine operations.

The Senior Corporate Governance Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with Philippine regulatory bodies, overseeing subsidiary management and governance for Philippine entities, and ensuring fulfillment of disclosure requirements to Philippine SEC and PSE.

The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and corporate governance, excellent leadership and communication skills, and proficiency in conflict resolution and mediation.
