We're seeking a Client Success Strategist to join our team
As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive client success and satisfaction.
- Main Responsibilities:
Develop and implement client success plans to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
Work closely with delivery teams to ensure high-quality project delivery and excellent customer satisfaction.
Analyze metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted solutions.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, incorporating knowledge into our operations.
Provide training and coaching to delivery teams on new processes and procedures.
Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
- Nice to Have:
At least 8 years of experience in a similar role or in a related field.
Strong background in operations management, with a focus on client success and satisfaction.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, both verbally and in writing.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of contact center software and technology, including CRM systems.
Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance requirements.
