About the Role

We're seeking a Client Success Strategist to join our team

As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive client success and satisfaction.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement client success plans to drive satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Work closely with delivery teams to ensure high-quality project delivery and excellent customer satisfaction.

  • Analyze metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted solutions.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, incorporating knowledge into our operations.

  • Provide training and coaching to delivery teams on new processes and procedures.

  • Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.

Requirements
  • Nice to Have:
  • At least 8 years of experience in a similar role or in a related field.

  • Strong background in operations management, with a focus on client success and satisfaction.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, both verbally and in writing.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Knowledge of contact center software and technology, including CRM systems.

  • Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance requirements.
