Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop the Service Delivery Operations team, focusing on career management, training, engagement, mentoring, succession planning, and annual performance processes.
  • Ensure the execution of delivery work across one or more service delivery operations, driving optimization of delivery of standard solutions within areas of expertise.
  • Manage to contract operational and financial commitments, reducing costs on standard offerings, assets, technologies, licenses, facilities, and subcontractors.
  • Participate in solution design processes, leading or supporting the design of new offerings or services for industry/functional/technical areas.
  • Work with delivery leadership to sign-off on solutions, addressing performance issues, creating operational approaches, and implementing continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • 8 to 12 years of work experience, with 5 to 10 years of supervisory experience.
  • Preferred financial background.
