Virtual Travel Coordinator

Seeking a proactive and organized Virtual Travel Coordinator to manage bookings across multiple Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) and enhance market presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Travel Arrangements: Coordinate accommodations, flights, and other travel-related services on platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, and others. Ensure all bookings align with client preferences, schedules, and budgets. Manage reservations, modifications, and cancellations as needed.
  • Team Development: Identify potential team members who can assist with travel arrangements. Promote the opportunity to work as a virtual travel coordinator under a commission-based model. Onboard and guide new team members on how to effectively coordinate trips using OTAs. Track and manage performance, ensuring successful transactions and client satisfaction.
