Key Tasks
  • Ensure the completeness of database based on CRE instructions, maintaining accurate data for payment to Lessors.
  • Encode new contract data and information in RE_FX, including Lessor, Lessee name, terms, deposit, amount, and lease duration.
  • Update lease contract terms upon renewal or changes, encoding updated data into RE_FX.
  • Reconcile lease-in and lease-out data, identifying discrepancies and taking corrective action.
  • Process one-time postings for additional rent or changes that need rush payment, settling posted entries for charging to cost centers.
  • Extraction and submission of reports to Intercompany.
  • Escalate innovation initiatives to IS for processing and approval.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor of Science in Accountancy

Experience: At least 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable in a Shared Services environment.
