Electrical Estimation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Estimator to accurately perform takeoffs and costing for projects involving electrical lighting controls and reflected ceiling plans.

The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of lighting fixtures, lighting controls, and can efficiently translate drawings into precise estimates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform takeoffs and cost estimates using Planswift or Bluebeam
  • Review and interpret architectural and electrical drawings, including reflected ceiling plans
  • Identify and quantify lighting fixtures and controls from project documents
  • Prepare detailed and accurate reports using Microsoft Excel
  • Collaborate with the project team to verify and refine estimates
Qualifications:
  • Proficiency with Planswift or Bluebeam (must-have)
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Background in architectural and electrical projects
  • Experience in electrical lighting controls and reflected ceiling plans
  • Knowledge of lighting fixtures and controls for takeoffs
  • Strong attention to detail, with excellent spoken and written English
  • Prior costing/estimating experience is a plus
