Refrigeration System Coordinator

This role is critical for ensuring the smooth operation of refrigeration systems. The Refrigeration System Coordinator will work closely with technical teams, vendors, and management to facilitate effective coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitoring and Reporting:
    • Identify performance issues in refrigeration systems and notify relevant personnel for prompt troubleshooting and resolution.
    • Generate detailed reports on system performance, maintenance schedules, and incidents to ensure informed decision-making.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and inspections for seamless auditing and compliance.
    • Coordinate routine maintenance and emergency repairs with technicians and vendors to minimize downtime.
  • Communication and Coordination:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact between refrigeration technicians, facility managers, and external vendors to foster effective communication.
    • Alert relevant teams promptly to system malfunctions or alerts to prevent delays.
  • Documentation and Compliance:
    • Ensure all refrigeration logs, compliance records, and safety certifications are up-to-date and easily accessible.
    • Support audits and regulatory compliance documentation by maintaining accurate records.
  • Inventory and Supplies Management:
    • Track and manage inventory related to refrigeration, including spare parts and refrigerant supplies, to prevent stockouts and waste.
    • Order necessary materials and maintain an organized supply system to streamline operations.
  • General Administrative Tasks:
    • Handle correspondence, answer calls, and perform data entry for refrigeration-related operations with precision and efficiency.
    • Assist with budgeting and cost-tracking for refrigeration maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal resource allocation.
