Accounts Payable/Receivable Staff

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable professional to manage both accounts payable and receivable functions.

  • Process vendor invoices and employee reimbursements accurately and promptly.
  • Evaluate and resolve discrepancies in vendor statements in a timely manner.
  • Generate and send customer invoices in accordance with contract terms.
  • Monitor accounts for overdue balances and follow up on outstanding receivables.
  • Apply customer payments accurately in the accounting system.
Requirements:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • 2–3 years of experience in an AP/AR or general accounting role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Netsuite, Sage).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
