Facilities and Admin Assistant

Rm101 inc. is hiring an administrative assistant coordinator that has expertise in supporting other staff members to maintain operational processes within the office. A responsive admin assistant with proficiency in managing details required to meet company expectations.
This means assisting your coworkers to arrange presentations with the requested material prepped according to the agreed format using MS suite.
Key responsibilities:
- Organize daily operations at the workplace & coordinate conference rooms use: Assure logistics requirements are made prior to arranging seminar sessions making sure all requested material meets presentation criteria.
- Help Employees to utilize available sources to maximize productivity and report work performance: Provide assistance and back-office help enable employees to make better decisions based on data extracted from G-Sheets/G-Words databases and/or M-O-Excel spreadsheets.
- Coordinate logistical needs, maintain proper documentation, manage procedures and handle the entire office workflow smoothlyWhen situations occur beyond scheduled timelines. Manage special tasks associated with MS products - text formatting directly saving efforts before presenting final results.
