Technical Support Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will provide expert technical assistance and maintenance for our clients' applications built on low-code platforms such as AppSheet.

Your primary responsibility will be to troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance existing AppSheet applications. You will collaborate with developers and end-users to ensure optimal performance, data accuracy, and usability.

This role requires strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in AppSheet development and technical support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AppSheet and Google Sheets integration
  • Maintain and enhance existing AppSheet applications
  • Provide recommendations for improvements and automation
  • Assist in deploying updates, testing new features, and ensuring data reliability
Requirements:
