  • Social Media Expertise: Proven ability to manage B2B social media channels, including analytics review and engagement strategy.
  • Email Marketing Skills: Hands-on experience with email marketing tools for targeted campaigns, audience segmentation, and performance tracking.
  • Design & Branding Proficiency: Strong graphic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools, with an eye for brand consistency and visual detail.
  • Website Management: Experience managing and updating websites, including basic SEO optimization and content formatting.
Main Responsibilities
  1. Email Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute targeted B2B email campaigns via email marketing tools; segment audiences, maintain accurate contact lists, and track performance metrics to improve results.
  2. Graphic Design & Branding: Create high-quality marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, proposal materials, pitch decks, and trade show assets; maintain consistent visual branding across all platforms, develop brand guidelines, and collaborate with internal teams to support visual communications.
  3. Website & SEO Management: Manage and update multiple company websites, ensuring all content is current, visually aligned with brand standards, and optimized for search engines.
  4. Social Media & Community Engagement: Manage and grow the company's presence on social media platforms; create, schedule, and post engaging content; monitor analytics, identify trends, and facilitate community interaction.
  5. Campaign & Event Marketing: Plan and execute initiatives for events, sponsorships, and recruiting efforts; partner with leadership to develop brand storytelling strategies.
  6. Thought Leadership & Reporting: Support the creation/distribution of industry-relevant content; track KPIs, prepare monthly performance reports, and provide insights to guide strategic marketing decisions.
