Job Title: Contracts Backer

At CyberBacker, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contracts Backer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, review, and analyze new contracts to ensure they meet our company's standards.
  • Review and analyze existing contracts, making revisions as needed to ensure compliance with our policies.
  • Coordinate with clients, divisions, legal counsel, and partners to resolve contract-related concerns.
  • Conduct investigations, compile evidence, and create narratives and pleadings as required.
  • Assist independent contractors, clients, business partners, and affiliates with contract-related queries and requests.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Legal Management, Political Science, or Legal Studies, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Outstanding managerial and negotiation skills, with proficiency in legal software and tools.
  • Familiarity with legal research tools and databases.
