This role is responsible for coordinating and finalizing real estate transactions, ensuring all documents are accurate and compliant with industry regulations. The ideal candidate has experience in title, escrow, or mortgage processing and can manage multiple transactions efficiently.

Key Tasks:

  • Document Review: Review and prepare closing documents for real estate transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry regulations.
  • Transaction Support: Support the Escrow team in customer-facing roles and perform administrative duties to ensure seamless transaction processes.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with lenders, title companies, real estate agents, and attorneys to ensure timely closings and facilitate smooth transaction processes.
  • Compliance: Verify the accuracy of loan and title documents to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Transaction Completion: Facilitate funding, disbursements, and recording of closing documents to complete transactions efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of two years of experience in closing, title processing, or mortgage processing.
  • Familiarity: Familiarity with title insurance, escrow procedures, or loan closing processes.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple transactions under tight deadlines.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in closing and title software Qualia.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills.
