Ultrasound Technologist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist to join our team.

Job Summary:

  • Perform diagnostic sonography examinations and analyze sonograms to communicate findings to physicians.
  • Assist with daily operations of the sonographic laboratory and participate in maintaining laboratory accreditation.
  • Perform all requested sonographic examinations as ordered by attending physicians.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Clinical Assessment: Perform clinical assessments and diagnostic sonography examinations.
  • Sonogram Analysis: Analyze sonograms, synthesize sonographic information, medical history, and communicate findings to appropriate physicians.
  • Laboratory Operations: Assist with daily operations of the sonographic laboratory and maintain laboratory accreditation.
Requirements:
  • Education: Graduate of Radiologic Technology.
  • License/Certification: Licensed Radiologic Technologist with experience in Ultrasound.
  • Experience: At least one (1) year relevant experience.
  • Skills: Good communication skills, computer literate with proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel), and driving ability.
