Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to Executives to join our team. As a key member of our executive's support team, you will be responsible for:

  1. Scheduling and Coordination: Managing the executive's schedule, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements, ensuring seamless coordination.
  2. Email and Call Management: Prioritizing and managing incoming emails and phone calls, responding to routine inquiries and directing complex matters to the executive.
  3. Meeting Support: Preparing meeting agendas, gathering necessary materials, and taking detailed notes during meetings, ensuring informed decision-making.
  4. Document Creation: Drafting and proofreading correspondence, presentations, and other documents, maintaining the highest level of professionalism and accuracy.
  5. Travel Arrangements: Managing travel logistics, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation, ensuring smooth and hassle-free trips.
  6. Filing and Records Management: Organizing and maintaining filing systems, receipts for the executive and team, ensuring efficient access to critical information.
  7. Anticipatory Assistance: Anticipating the executive's needs and proactively providing solutions, demonstrating exceptional problem-solving skills.
  8. Household and Errand Services: Attending to whatever the company owners' household needs, running errands, and managing household tasks, showcasing flexibility and adaptability.
  9. Additional Duties: Performing other administrative tasks and personal assistance as needed, embracing a proactive and supportive mindset.
