**Key Responsibilities:**
- Maintains and analyzes database records of the department, and generates reports based on the data at hand;
- Coordinates the administrative and logistical requirements of the Office;
- Transmits directives, instructions, and other related documents to concerned officers for appropriate action;
- Assists in monitoring the execution of specific directives and instructions of the Office of the President;
- Drafts memoranda and other forms of communication, as needed;
- Works closely with the Executive Staff to ensure smooth operations;
**Requirements:**
Research and technical writing skills, Competent oral and written communication skills
