The role of Facilities Officer is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of Jollibee Group's facilities and support services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities, implementing management systems and procedures, and providing technical support to other commissaries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Effective implementation and maintenance of emergency response systems and procedures.

  • Management of various budgets and financial resources allocated for facilities operations.

  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

  • Maintenance and sustainability of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs and activities.

  • Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement within the facilities team.

  • Providing technical expertise and guidance to colleagues in other departments.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, with a valid engineering license.

  • At least three to five years of experience in professional facilities management.

  • Strong leadership and management skills with a customer-centric approach.

  • Able to build strong relationships with stakeholders and handle confidential information with maturity.

  • Experience in multi-site management with regular alignment meetings.

  • Ability to adapt to new challenges and priorities as needed.

  • Willingness to work onsite at the assigned location.
