Financial Transaction Manager

This role entails overseeing the financial transactions of an organization, encompassing the processing of invoices, ensuring timely payments, and fostering strong relationships with vendors and clients.

Main Responsibilities
  • Process vendor invoices accurately and secure proper approvals prior to payment.
  • Generate and dispatch customer invoices, monitor customer accounts for overdue payments, and follow up on outstanding balances.
  • Determine opportunities to streamline AR/AP processes for increased efficiency and precision.
Required Expertise
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in AR/AP or general accounting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
