Job Role Overview

This role is a crucial part of our hiring infrastructure, aimed at precision and speed in the hiring process.

We're seeking an individual to conduct structured phone interview screenings with candidates, evaluate their responses, and make pass/fail hiring decisions based on established criteria.

  • Strong English proficiency (verbal and written)
  • Excellent communication, listening, and note-taking skills
  • Ability to type quickly and accurately while on live calls
  • Reliable computer, headset, and stable internet connection
  • Flexibility to work 20-40 hours/week during core business hours
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
