Job Title: Seasonal Educational Support Assistant

The position of Seasonal Educational Support Assistant is a key role that supports new hire classes in a supportive capacity, taking their learning experience to the next level. As a high-performing Associate, you will participate in the Global Proctor Program and assist Trainers through Classroom Management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Classroom Facilitation: Monitor classroom throughout the day, check on agents' behavior, and assist with technical concerns such as system issues, camera concerns, and connectivity.
  • Training Support: Assist Trainers in ensuring all new hires are on the same page during facilitation and activities, identifying disengaged or confused agents, and minimizing interruptions during class.
  • Administrative Duties: Complete administrative tasks assigned by the Trainer, including system updates, agent attendance, lesson completion updates, and other duties as required.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Login Verification: Perform attendance checking, act as timekeeper of the class, and monitor agent breaks or time away from the class.
  • Technical Issues: Help with IT issues, submit IT tickets, and add them to the record.
  • Engagement Enhancement: Encourage participation, acknowledge correct and incorrect responses, and provide feedback to the trainer on class level of engagement and group dynamics.
Off-Class Activities:
  • Take phone calls until a class is assigned, and attend trainings for Leadership Developmental opportunities when not in class.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in personal computer use
  • Good non-verbal and verbal communication skills – both oral and written
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work with trainers
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to work different shifts as required
