Job Description

The Sales Director will be responsible for overseeing the sales team to ensure that all financial, operational, and sales goals are met or exceeded. This includes collaborating with upper management to create project plans and setting benchmarks for the sales team. The successful candidate will also analyze sales performance, competitor activity, and customer satisfaction data to develop strategies for increasing sales volume and market share.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to discuss products, prices, delivery schedules, or other business concerns.
• Collaborate with the Regional Branch Manager and Human Capital in attracting, hiring, and developing a highly motivated sales team that consistently exceeds client and business expectations.
• Monitor inventory levels of goods to meet client and customer demands for Nabati products.
• Ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures, and resolve complaints regarding the sales team as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Sales, or a relevant field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience gained from an FMCG organization.
• Strong negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
• Analytical and creative thinking.
• Exquisite communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented approach with aptitude.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Amenable to onsite work and shifting schedule.
