Payment Process Manager

This role involves the management of payment processes, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. It encompasses payment method onboarding, reconciliation, and issue resolution. Strong analytical skills are required to reconcile large data sets and identify areas for process improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Payment Method Onboarding: The successful candidate will be responsible for processing payment method applications, conducting initial screening, and submitting documentation to payment partners for approval.
  • Client Coordination: Excellent communication skills are necessary to communicate with clients regarding application status, rejections, and reapplications.
  • Transaction Reconciliation: Regular reconciliation is essential to verify that all transactions are accurately recorded and aligned with reports from payment partners.
  • Issue Resolution & Adhoc Tasks: The ideal candidate will support day-to-day payment operations by investigating and resolving issues such as missing payments, failed payouts, and discrepancies. Coordinating with both payment partners and clients to drive timely resolutions.
  • Process Improvement: Opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency within payment operations will be identified and implemented.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Prior experience in payment operations, treasury, or financial operations is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills with the ability to reconcile large sets of data.
  • Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with clients and external partners.
  • Proactive problem-solving attitude and ability to manage multiple priorities.
