Customer Service Ambassador for MOA and Cebu Markets

Gratitude Philippines is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer support unit, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
The Customer Service Representative will be tasked with handling customer inquiries, resolving issues in a timely manner, and providing solutions that meet or exceed client expectations. Key responsibilities include:
• Handling customer calls, emails, and chats
• Responding to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
• Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
Requirements
To succeed in this role, applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of experience in a BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) international voice campaign, and a valid driver's license. Additionally, candidates must be amenable to working in multiple locations, including MOA, Cebu, Alabang, and Quezon City.
Preferred qualifications include a college undergraduate or graduate degree, background in auto insurance or car services dealership, and previous experience working on-site.
Compensation
The salary for this position ranges from PHP 22,000 to PHP 27,000 per month, depending on location and experience.
