Join our search for a Digital Marketing Specialist who can support our social media strategy, advertising campaigns, and internal system automations.

  • This role is ideal for someone with a strong grasp of AI tools and automation workflows, as well as hands-on experience in managing social media and content creation in the financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, manage, and repurpose content across various platforms
  • Design and distribute engaging email newsletters using B-roll and branded assets
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta
  • Monitor industry trends and news to create timely, compliant content
  • Prepare all content for internal and external compliance approval workflows
  • Build and manage AI-driven workflows and automations for marketing and client engagement
  • Leverage AI tools for content ideation, personalization, and scheduling
  • Track and optimize campaign performance, ensuring strong ROI across platforms
  • Maintain and manage a robust marketing automation system and content calendar
  • Generate and present monthly performance reports, including analytics and insights
Requirements
  • Proven results in digital marketing with 2–3 years' experience
  • Proficiency with social media platforms, Canva, and video editing tools
  • Demonstrated experience with Google Ads and Meta campaign management
  • Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Zapier, Make, Notion AI)
  • Ability to create and manage end-to-end marketing automation workflows
