About the Role

This is a temporary, remote position that requires flexibility and adaptability. You will work as needed in response to hurricane disaster relief needs, operating from 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM ET, with shifts from 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM and 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM.

To succeed in this role, you must be able to multitask, stay focused, and self-manage in a fast-paced environment where change and ambiguity are prevalent. Your ability to thrive under pressure and maintain a positive attitude will be essential in delivering high-quality results.

Responsibilities
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Support
  • Assist Customers with Service Inquiries
  • Learn Common Requests and Solutions
  • Improve Customer Experience
  • Evaluate, Troubleshoot, and Follow Up on Customer Issues
Key Qualifications
  • Must Be 18 Years Old or Older
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
  • Excellent Organizational, Written, and Oral Communication Skills
  • Able to Type Swiftly and Accurately (20+ Words per Minute)
  • Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Basic Understanding of Windows Operating Systems
  • Highly Reliable with Ability to Maintain Regular Attendance and Punctuality
  • Ability to Work Well Under Pressure
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Ability to Build Relationships
