You are a key member of our team, responsible for managing moderately sized travel programmes. Your role is essential in ensuring high-quality service, quick response times, and the smooth operation of client accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. You will independently support and manage moderately sized programmes, demonstrating a capacity for higher autonomy in client services and programme execution.
  2. Demands exceptional service delivery with faster turnaround times compared to Level 1 managers. You will be expected to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) within one hour, ensuring efficiency and responsiveness in all client interactions.
  3. Subject to monetary penalties for non-compliance with SLAs, emphasizing the importance of timeliness and precision in handling account responsibilities.
  4. This role includes the capability to handle escalations effectively, ensuring client satisfaction and the smooth operation of travel programmes.
  5. As part of our 'Alpha' team, this position involves managing the requirements of approximately 20 clients, coordinating closely with one Sales and Business Dev. Associate per client to ensure service excellence.
  6. While the primary focus is on managing moderate complexity accounts, this role continues to execute basic programme tasks under supervision and provides robust client support for lower-complexity accounts as needed.
  7. The role is structured to provide hands-on experience and training in programme management, building a strong foundation for career progression within the organisation. This involves enhancing skills in programme oversight, client interaction, and problem-solving.
