Customer Service Representative Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is a full-time role based in Davao City, where you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat channels
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and providing step-by-step guidance to customers
  • Processing customer requests, such as account changes, billing inquiries, and order placements
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and continuously seek opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and identify areas for process improvements.

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication skills and at least 1 year of customer service experience. We also require high school graduation (old curriculum) or SHS graduation.
